Shipping

We ship worldwide either through an express airmail service, or through a forwarder from Madagascar.

1.Express airmail service

We ship worldwide through the “Express Mailing Service” (EMS) of Madagascar Post Office, called “Paositra Malagasy”. Their shipping is not traceable online.

We can ship through another express airmail service company at customers cost if requested such as MIDEX or DHL. The MIDEX shipping is not traceable online. The DHL shipping is traceable online.

2.Forwarder

Also, we can ship worldwide through a forwarder either by aircraft or by boat.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Insurance is optional and at the customers cost if requested.

Sellers are not responsible for item lost or damaged during the transit of the Post Office or the carrier. This is down to the postal service or the carrier that it was sent with.

Delivery

The delivery delay is around 7 to 10 days after delivering the item to the carrier for the transport by aircraft. It varies depending on the country of destination for the transport by boat.
